Using beats

All of the beats are in mp3 format. These mp3's will be e-mailed to you, or if you prefer, they can be shipped on a CD.

The beats can be used for anything. Whether its used for a demo cd, an independent or label signed album, video game or movie soundtracks, television theme, advertisement background music, Internet music, or for personal use, all of our beats are available for you.

However, it is important to note the fact that when you buy a non-exclusive beat, you are merely getting the song with the right to use it. Therefore, if you produce a song with our beat and hear another song by another artist with the same beat, no legal action can be taken against them.

If you purchase an exclusive beat, that beat becomes your property to do with whatever you please. If someone uses an exclusive beat that you've purchased without your permission, it is dependent on you to pursue legal reparations.
